Your server's data
Everything AdminControl stores (players, punishments, chat, the audit log, statistics) stays in your own database. Corestone never receives it. How long chat, addresses and statistics are kept is set in the panel.
The license check
At each start the plugin makes one HTTPS request to this site to download the list of revoked copies. It sends only these headers:

Like any website, this site also sees the address the request comes from. It keeps no request logs: the server behind it does not record requests. The site is served through Cloudflare, which handles each connection on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
Other connections
Features you turn on send data where you point them (a Discord webhook, DiscordSRV). Player heads come from Mojang's skin servers, and Bedrock skins from GeyserMC's API, which you can turn off. The wiki's privacy page describes each one.
This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no fonts or scripts from other sites. The theme and language you pick are remembered in your browser only.
Who handles it, why and for how long
Corestone handles the license check data above, to keep copies that were not bought (or were shared) from running: a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Corestone stores none of it; Cloudflare keeps what it keeps under its own policy.
Your rights
You may ask what data about you Corestone has, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Poland, the President of the UODO).
