Refunds

All sales are final: we do not refund purchases of Corestone plugins. Purchases are made on BuiltByBit and follow its terms of purchase. A plugin is digital content delivered right after payment: by buying it you ask for that immediate delivery and accept that the right to withdraw from the purchase ends once the download is available to you.

This does not limit the rights the law gives you when a plugin does not work as its description says.

Before you buy

Check the requirements and the FAQ. Not sure the plugin fits your server? Ask in its discussion on BuiltByBit before you buy.

When something does not work

Write to support with /ac version and the console log: problems on supported servers are ours to fix.

Chargebacks

A purchase charged back or disputed through your bank or payment provider is revoked: the copy goes on the list of revoked copies and stops starting at its next restart. Your data stays in your database.
